Woman Critically Injured in San Antonio Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-35 and Zarzamora Street

San Antonio, Texas (April 4, 2021) – A woman was critically injured Saturday afternoon in a multi-vehicle crash in San Antonio’s Southwest Side, according to police.

The crash happened on April 3, on I-35 and Zarzamora Street.

Police said an 18-wheeler and two sedans were traveling westbound on I-35 when one of the sedan drivers, a woman in her late 40s or early 50s, lost control and hit the 18-wheeler.

The woman then drove onto an access road and hit another vehicle.

The woman was taken to University Hospital in critical condition.

No further details were provided.

The police are investigating the crash.
