Woman Injured in San Angelo Pedestrian Accident at Target Parking Lot on Sunset

San Angelo, Texas (September 23, 2021) – According to the police, a woman was hit by a vehicle Tuesday afternoon at a Target parking lot in San Angelo.

The accident happened on September 21, at the Target store on Sunset.

Police said the woman was pushing a shopping cart across the driveway in the pedestrian crosswalk in front of the Target store when she was struck by a black 2018 Chevrolet Tahoe that was attempting to turn right down an aisle to park.

The woman was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. 

No further details regarding the crash were provided.

The police are investigating the crash.
