Woman Hurt in Sunset Valley Pedestrian Crash on Brodie Lane

Sunset Valley, Texas (January 4, 2019) – A woman was struck and critically injured by a vehicle in Sunset Valley on Thursday afternoon.
According to the Austin-Travis County EMS, the crash happened  in the 5600 block of Brodie Lane on Thursday, January 3.
A woman in her 60s was struck by a vehicle for unknown reasons. The EMS crews said the victim was rushed to St. David’s South Austin Medical Center with injuries that were considered life-threatening.
The identities of the pedestrian and the driver involved were not immediately released.
The authorities are working to find out the cause of the crash.
