Woman Killed in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident  n Castroville Road near General McMullen Road

San Antonio, Texas (December 4, 2021) – A woman was fatally hit by a vehicle Thursday night in San Antonio’s West Side, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened just after 9:00 p.m., December 2, on Castroville Road near S. General McMullen Road.

Police said the woman was attempting to cross the roadway when she was struck by a caravan driven by an elderly woman. The van dragged the woman for a distance.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Her name has not been released.

The van driver was not intoxicated at the time of the accident.

The police are investigating the crash.
