37-Year-Old Woman Injured in Odessa Pedestrian Collision on 5th and Dixie

Odessa, Texas (May 17, 2019) – A FedEx truck struck and injured a pedestrian on Thursday morning in Odessa, according to police.
The incident occurred around 9:30 a.m. Thursday, May 16, on 5th and Dixie.
According to investigators, a 37-year-old woman was crossing Dixie when the FedEx semi-truck struck her.
The victim sustained life-threatening injuries and was taken to a Lubbock hospital for treatment.
The Odessa Police Department is investigating the incident.
