Woman Injured in Corpus Christi Bicycle Accident at Alameda and Airline

Corpus Christi, Texas (July 8, 2023) – A woman was injured Friday morning in a bicycle accident in Corpus Christi, according to the police.

The accident happened on July 7, at the intersection of Alameda and Airline.

Police said the woman was on her bicycle and was trying to cross Alameda to continue on Airline when she ran a red light and was struck by a car.

The woman was taken to a Corpus Christi hospital for treatment.

No other information was available.

The police are investigating the crash.
