1 Injured in 3-Vehicle Crash on I-10 in San Antonio

One Injured in San Antonio Three-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 10 near UTSA Boulevard

San Antonio, Texas (October 13, 2023) – One person was injured early Thursday morning in a three-vehicle crash in San Antonio’s Northwest Side, according to the police.

The crash happened around 2:30 a.m., October 12, on Interstate 10 near UTSA Boulevard.

Police said a Toyota Camry was traveling from the access road of I-10 West when it crossed the main lanes of the highway and crashed into an 18-wheeler.

The Camry driver got out of the vehicle after the crash and fled the scene on foot. The authorities are still looking for them.

A third vehicle was traveling eastbound when it collided with the Camry on the highway. That driver was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

If found, the Camry driver will be charged with failure to stop and give information.

The police are investigating the crash.
