One Seriously Injured in Lubbock Pedestrian Crash at North Varnish Avenue and Idalou Service Road

Lubbock, Texas (September 11, 2023) – One person was seriously injured in a crash in Lubbock on Sunday night, according to the Lubbock Police Department.

The crash, involving an 18-wheeler and a pedestrian, happened at about 9:00 p.m. on September 10 in the area of North Varnish Avenue and Idalou Service Road.

One person sustained serious injuries in the crash.

No further details were immediately available.

The crash remains under investigation.
