One Injured in San Angelo Three-Vehicle Crash on Beauregard Avenue near Koenigheim Street

San Angelo, Texas – One person was injured Thursday afternoon in a three-vehicle crash in San Angelo, according to the police.

The crash happened on February 1, near the intersection of South Koenigheim Street and West Beauregard Avenue.

Police said a white GMC pickup crashed into the rear end of a stopped black SUV while attempting to slow down. The impact pushed the SUV forward where it rear-ended a silver Dodge pickup.

The driver of the black SUV was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

No other injuries were reported.

The GMC driver was cited for failure to control speed.

The crash remains under investigation.
