San Angelo, Texas – One person was injured Tuesday morning in a two-vehicle crash at a San Angelo intersection, according to the police.

The crash occurred on April 16, at the intersection of West Beauregard Avenue and South Abe Street.

Police said a white Corolla was traveling southbound on Abe Street while a red GMC Terrain was traveling westbound in the 400 block of West Beauregard Avenue. 

The Corolla driver ran the red light and collided with the GMC.

A passenger in the Corolla was taken to Shannon Medical Center for treatment.

No other injuries were reported.

The crash remains under investigation.
