Khaleel Marcos Reynolds Killed in Houston Electrocution Accident at North Villa Inn Pool on North Freeway

Harris County, Texas (September 2, 2020) – A teenager was killed after being electrocuted at a motel pool Saturday afternoon in north Harris County, according to deputies.

The accident happened on August 29, at the North Villa Inn at 16510 North Freeway. 

Deputies said someone removed a pool interior light and left bare wires there.

Khaleel Marcos Reynolds, 15, was swimming when he touched the wires and was electrocuted. He was rushed to the hospital where he later died. 

An investigation is underway.
