1 Killed, 2 Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash on Loop 12 in Dallas

One Killed and Two Injured in Dallas Two-Vehicle Crash on Loop 12

Dallas, Texas (October 30, 2022) – One person was killed, and two others were injured early Saturday morning in a two-vehicle crash in Dallas, according to the deputies.

The fatal crash happened around 3:45 a.m., October 29, on northbound Loop 12, at the NW Highway exit.

Deputies said a pickup truck exited the freeway and rear-ended an 18-wheeler.

The pickup truck caught fire shortly after the crash.

Two of the three people in the pickup truck were able to get out of the vehicle. The third person was pinned in the front passenger seat and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The conditions of the two victims were not disclosed.

No injuries were reported from the 18-wheeler.

The crash remains under investigation.
