1 Killed, 5 Injured in 3-Car Crash at Old Denton and Trinity Mills Roads in Carrollton

21-Year-Old Man Killed and Five Injured in Carrollton Three-Vehicle Crash at Old Denton and Trinity Mills Roads

Carrollton, Texas (October 27, 2021) – One person was killed, and five others were injured Monday night in a three-vehicle crash in Carrollton, according to the police.

The fatal crash happened around 11:15 p.m., October 25, at the intersection of Old Denton and Trinity Mills roads, near the President George Bush Turnpike.

Police said a 28-year-old Dallas man was driving westbound when he ran a red light at the intersection and crashed into two cars.

A 21-year-old Carrollton man who was in one of the cars was killed in the crash. 

Five people, including the driver who ran the red light, were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Charges are pending against the 28-year-old man.

The crash remains under investigation.
