Two Injured in Henderson County Pedestrian Accident on SH 198

Henderson County, Texas (December 4, 2023) – Two people were injured Sunday night in a pedestrian accident in Henderson County, according to the authorities.

The crash happened around 7:00 p.m., December 3, on SH 198 at Leisure Land Road.

Authorities said a pedestrian was airlifted to a Tyler hospital with serious injuries after being struck by a vehicle. The driver of the vehicle suffered a medical emergency after the crash and was also flown to Tyler.

An investigation is underway.
