2 Injured in Two-Car Crash at A&M and Sherwood Way in San Angelo

Two Hospitalized after San Angelo Car Crash at A&M and Sherwood Way
San Angelo, Texas (April 18, 2019) – Two people were injured Wednesday afternoon in a two-car crash at a San Angelo intersection, according to a local news source.
The crash happened on Wednesday, April 17, in the area of A&M and Sherwood Way.
Police said a Dodge Journey was traveling on A&M and it entered the intersection on a turned green. A westbound Toyota RAV4 was traveling on Sherwood Way when the driver ran a red light at the intersection and collided with the Dodge.
The Dodge driver, who had to be freed, and a passenger in the Toyota were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The Toyota driver was cited for disregarding a red light and driving without a license.
The police are conducting the investigation.
