2 Killed, 3 Injured in Two-Car Crash on Richmond Avenue in Houston

Two Killed and Three Injured in West Houston Two-Vehicle Crash on Richmond Avenue near Greenridge Drive

Houston, Texas – Two people were killed and three others were injured Sunday night in a two-vehicle crash in West Houston, according to the police.

The fatal crash happened just after 8:00 p.m., February 18, in the 6300 block of Richmond Avenue near Greenridge Drive.

Police said a black Toyota sedan and a gray Scion SUV were involved in the crash.

The Scion was being occupied by a woman, a man, and two children in the backseat, while the Toyota was being occupied by only the driver.

Both adults in the Scion were killed in the crash. The children, a 5-year-old and a 10-year-old, suffered minor injuries. The woman was the mother of the two children, and the man was a relative. 

The Toyota driver was taken to the hospital for treatment.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
