25-Year-Old Woman Killed in Houston Pedestrian Accident on Beechnut Street

Houston, Texas (October 28, 2023) – A 25-year-old woman was killed Wednesday evening in a pedestrian accident in Houston, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened around 8:05 p.m., October 25, in the 10800 block of Beechnut Street.

Police said the woman was stumbling and crossing the eastbound lanes of the street when she fell and was struck by an eastbound white Ford F-150 pickup truck.

The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Her name has not been released.

The Ford driver, a 61-year-old man, remained at the scene and was determined not to be impaired and was questioned and released.

The police are investigating the crash.
