Three Killed and Three Injured in Liberty County Two-Vehicle Crash at FM 163 and CR 2282
Liberty County, Texas (January 24, 2019) – Three people were killed, and three others were injured in a two-vehicle crash Wednesday evening at a Liberty County intersection, according to the authorities.
The fatal crash occurred just after 7:00 p.m. January 23, in the area of FM 163 and CR 2282.
Details of how the two vehicles collided were not immediately available.
Authorities said three people, a man, a 15-year-old girl, and a 5-year-old boy, were killed in the crash. The child died on the way to Memorial Hermann Hospital via Life Flight.
Three other people were taken to the hospital by an ambulance.
Both vehicles had children inside at the time of the crash.
The DPS is investigating the crash.
