45-Year-Old Woman Killed in Houston Two-Vehicle Crash on South Main at Beltway

Houston, Texas (November 28, 2021) – One person was killed and two others were injured early Saturday morning in a rear-end crash in Houston, according to the police.

The fatal crash happened just before 2:00 a.m., November 27, on South Main at the Beltway.

Police said a Ford Explorer was traveling westbound and was stopped or was traveling slowly when it was rear-ended by a Ford F-150.

The Ford Explorer driver, a 45-year-old woman, was pronounced dead at the scene. Her name has not been released. Her passenger was taken to the hospital in stable condition.

The Ford F-150 driver, a 47-year-old man, was taken to the hospital with a leg injury.

The Ford F-150 driver did not show signs of intoxication.

The police are investigating the crash.
