Five Injured in Lake Worth Military Jet Crash

Lake Worth, Texas (September 21, 2021) – Five people were injured on Sunday in a military training jet crash in Lake Worth, according to the authorities.

The crash was reported just before 11:00 a.m., September 19.

Authorities said a Navy T-45C Goshawk was conducting a routine training flight from the Corpus Christi International Airport when it crashed into a residential area.

Both pilots ejected before the plane crashed. One of the pilots was electrocuted after being caught in power lines. Both pilots were taken to local hospitals for treatment.

Three homes were damaged during the crash, and three people in the neighborhood sustained minor injuries. At least one of them was taken to the hospital.

An investigation is underway.

Common Causes of Automobile Accidents

While there are many causes of car accidents, the most common reasons of driver negligence include driver inattention; cell phone use; texting and driving; speeding; fatigue; failure to yield the right of way from a stop sign or private drive; running a red light; and driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs,” Attorney Joel A. Gordon said. Mr. Gordon believes that an independent investigation is important. An Attorney will help obtain the crash report, secure accident photos, interview witnesses, and create a claim.
