Pregnant Woman and 5 Others Injured in Crosby Car Crash on Crosby Freeway; Jordon Paris Arrested
Crosby, Texas (March 2, 2019) –A pregnant women and five other people were hospitalized after a suspected DUI crash in Crosby Friday night, according to a local news source.
The crash was reported at about 7:30 p.m. Friday, March 1 in the 18000 block of Crosby Freeway.
Deputies said Jordon Paris, 19, was driving a Ford when he ran a red light and struck an SUV. A while later the Ford was hit by a truck.
The pregnant woman was airlifted to the hospital in serious condition. Her fetus suffered a brain bruise.
Five other people were also taken to the hospital with major injuries.
Paris was arrested and charged with intoxication assault. He was out on bond and listed to be in court on Monday
The authorities are investigating the crash.
