8 Injured in Greyhound Bus Crash on WCR 127 in Midland County

Eight Injured in Midland County Greyhound Bus Crash on WCR 127

Midland County, Texas (August 8, 2022) – Eight people were injured Monday morning in a crash involving a Greyhound bus in Midland County, according to the Texas DPS.

The crash happened around 9:30 a.m., on WCR 127.

DPS said a Nissan Frontier was traveling eastbound while a Greyhound Bus was exiting a Pilot Truck Stop to turn westbound onto WCR 127.

The bus failed to yield the right of way to the Frontier, resulting in a collision.

Six of the 28 passengers on the bus were taken to Midland Memorial Hospital in stable condition. Both the bus driver and the Nissan driver were taken to Midland Memorial Hospital in stable condition.

No other information was available.

The crash remains under investigation.
