8-Year-Old Killed in Car Crash on I-20 in Grand Prairie

8-Year-Old Killed in Grand Prairie Three-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 20

Grand Prairie, Texas (November 8, 2021) – An 8-year-old was killed, and three other people were injured Saturday morning in a three-vehicle crash in Grand Prairie, according to the police.

The fatal crash happened around 9:10 a.m., November 6, on Interstate 20 at Belt Line Road.

Police said three westbound vehicles, two SUVs and a sedan, collided as they approached slower traffic.

One of the SUV drivers and an 8-year-old were taken to a local hospital, where the child later died.

The other SUV driver was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

The sedan driver was treated and released at the scene.

The police are investigating the crash.
