Ahren Wofford Injured in Hit-and-Run Crash on Highway 281 in Spring Branch

Ahren Wofford Injured in Spring Branch Hit-and-Run Crash on Highway 281 and FM 311

Spring Branch, Texas (December 15, 2019) – A man was injured last week in an alleged hit-and-run crash in Spring Branch, according to the authorities.

The crash occurred on Thursday, December 5, at the intersection of Highway 281 and FM 311.

Authorities said Ahren Wofford, 27, was driving a Buick across Highway 281 at FM 311 when he was hit by another vehicle that had run a red light.

Wofford was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. He has since been released. A passenger in his car was also taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver that hit Wofford fled the scene on foot. The authorities are still looking for the suspect.
