Aldine ISD Police Officer Injured in NW Houston Two-Vehicle Crash on West Montgomery

Houston, Texas (February 23, 2021) – According to deputies, an 18-year veteran Aldine ISD police officer was injured early Tuesday morning in a hit-and-run crash in Houston.

The crash happened around 3:45 a.m., in the 10900 block of West Montgomery.

Deputies said a black, newer-modeled Camaro, came parallel with the officer on his right side and then intentionally crashed into the marked police unit.

The impact pushed the police unit into a concrete wall.

The officer sustained minor injuries in the crash.

The Camaro fled the scene after the crash. It has significant damage on the front, left side, and a shattered windshield.

An investigation into the crash is underway. Anyone with information about the whereabouts of the suspect’s vehicle or any information about the crash is asked to call dispatch at (713) 755-7628.
