Armand Ott ID’d as Man Killed in Falls County Crash at State Highway 7 and State Highway 320

Falls County, Texas (September 18, 2019) – The man who was killed in a traffic collision Friday evening in Falls County, southwest of Marlin has been identified as Armand Ott,85, of Lott, according to the authorities.

The crash took place around 5:00 p.m. September 13, on State Highway 7 at the intersection of State Highway 320, west of Brazos River.

DPS said Ott was driving a Toyota passenger car westbound on SH 7 when a 20-ton military Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck failed to yield while turning left at the intersection, resulting in a collision.

Ott was declared dead at the scene.

No other injuries were reported in the crash.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
