Armando Pineda Killed in Two-Vehicle Crash on SH OSR in Bryan

Armando Pineda Killed in Bryan Two-Vehicle Crash on State Highway OSR near FM 1940

Bryan, Texas (March 28, 2023) – One person was killed, and another was injured Saturday night in a two-vehicle crash in Bryan, according to the Texas DPS.

The fatal crash happened around 9:50 p.m., March 25, on State Highway OSR near FM 1940.

DPS said a 2007 Dodge pickup was traveling westbound on the highway while a 2016 Toyota Tacoma was traveling eastbound.

The Toyota crossed into the westbound lane and struck the Dodge head-on.

The Dodge driver, Armando Pineda, 32, of College Station, was killed in the crash.

The Toyota driver was airlifted to St. Joseph Regional Health Hospital in serious condition.

The DPS is investigating the crash.
