Carlos Valles Hit and Seriously Injured by Vehicle at Yarbrough and Springwood Drives in El Paso
Carlos Valles ID’d as Person Seriously Hurt in El Paso Pedestrian Collision at Yarbrough and Springwood Drives
El Paso, Texas (August 29, 2019) – The pedestrian who was hit and seriously injured by a vehicle on Tuesday night in El Paso has been identified as Carlos Valles, 57, of El Paso.
According to a police report, the crash happened at about 11 p.m. on August 27, at Yarbrough and Springwood.
Police said Valles was trying to cross the street when he was hit by a vehicle traveling southbound on Yarbrough Drive.
Valles was transported to Del Sol Medical Center with serious injuries.
The driver of the involved vehicle reportedly remained at the scene and rendered aid to the victim.
The cause of the collision is under investigation.
