Cryslia Robyn Worthy Killed in Tarrant County Two-Vehicle Crash at FM 730 and Knob Hill Road (Portwood Road)

Azle, Texas (January 15, 2021) – A woman was killed, and a man was injured Wednesday morning in a two-vehicle crash in unincorporated Tarrant County near Azle, according to authorities.

The fatal crash occurred around 6:00 a.m., January 13, at the intersection of 13900 block Farm to Market Road 730 and Knob Hill Road (Portwood Road).

Authorities said the crash involved a passenger vehicle and a pickup truck.

Cryslia Robyn Worthy, 41, of Azle, was pronounced dead at the scene.

A man was airlifted to Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth with serious injuries and is expected to survive.

The crash closed all lanes of FM 730 for at least five hours.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
