Dwayne Brinac Killed in Harris County Bicycle Accident on Crosby Lynchburg Road near Highway 90

Harris County, Texas (October 28, 2023) – The bicyclist who was killed on October 15 in a hit-and-run accident in Harris County has been identified as Dwayne Joseph Brinac, according to the authorities.

The deadly accident happened around 11:00 p.m., on Crosby Lynchburg Road near Highway 90.

Authorities said Brinac was riding his bicycle when he was rear-ended by a dark-colored 2011 to 2015 Chrysler Town and Country van. The van fled the scene after the accident.

Brinac was pronounced dead at the scene.
