Igbinedion Osaretin and Esosa Oyemwense ID’d as Two Men Killed in Lubbock Two-Vehicle Crash at North Slide Road and Clovis Road
Lubbock, Texas (February 16, 2019) – The two men who were killed early Friday morning in a traffic collision at a Lubbock intersection have been identified as Igbinedion Osaretin, 23 and Esosa Oyemwense, 21, according to the police.
The fatal crash occurred at about 3:00 a.m. February 15, in the area of North Slide Road and Clovis Road.
Lubbock police said the collision involved a semi-truck pulling two trailers and a passenger car. Details of how the vehicles collided were not immediately available.
Both Osaretin and Oyemwense were declared dead at the scene.
Both victims were cousins to Norense Odiase, a basketball player.
The Lubbock police are investigating the crash.
