Jennifer Stewart Killed in San Antonio Car Crash on I-35 near O’Connor Road

San Antonio, Texas (November 18, 2019) – A woman was killed and another person was injured early Saturday morning in a rollover crash in San Antonio, a local news source reported.

The fatal crash occurred on Saturday, November 16, on I-35 access road near O’Connor Road.

Police said a pick-up driver was heading southbound on I-35 at a high rate of speed when they lost control, swerved off the main lanes of the interstate, went up an embankment and onto the access road. The truck rolled over severally and hit another vehicle on the access road.

Jennifer Stewart, 40, who was a passenger in the pickup, was declared dead at the scene. The pickup driver was taken to San Antonio Military Medical Center in serious condition.

No other injuries were reported.

The crash remains under investigation.
