Jesus Lara-Fernandez Killed in El Paso Truck Crash on Loop 375 near Pan American Drive
El Paso, Texas (December 28, 2021) – A driver was killed Tuesday morning in a hit-and-run crash in El Paso, according to the police.
The fatal crash happened around 6:00 a.m., December 21, on Loop 375 near Pan American Drive.
Police said a 2006 Ford Ranger pickup truck had just entered Loop 375 via Pan American Drive when it collided with an unknown Ford F-150.
The impact caused the Ford Ranger to hit and go over a concrete barrier and fall onto Cesar Chavez Road.
The Ford F-150 driver fled the scene after the crash.
The Ford Ranger driver, 67-year-old Jesus Lara-Fernandez, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The authorities are looking for the Ford F-150 driver.
