Judy Ann Carter Killed in Hit-and-Run Crash on I-35 North in San Antonio

Judy Ann Carter Killed in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on Interstate 35 North

San Antonio, Texas (April 9, 2020) – According to the police, a woman was killed in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident on March 15 in San Antonio.

The deadly accident happened around 1:30 a.m. in the northbound access road of Interstate 35 North.

Police said Judy Ann Carter, 66, was struck by an unknown vehicle along the access road.

Carter was pronounced dead at the scene.

The police are looking for the involved vehicle that fled the scene after the accident. The vehicle will have damage to the front right side and a missing right side mirror.

An investigation into the crash is underway. Anyone with information about the accident is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 210-224-STOP. Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information which leads to the arrest of the person(s) responsible for this fatal hit-and-run.
