Malinda Sue Goullet Killed When SUV Slams into Apartment in Fort Worth

Malinda Sue Goullet ID’d as Woman Killed after Vehicle Crashes into Fort Worth Apartment on Post Oak Boulevard

Fort Worth, Texas (January 7, 2020) – The woman who was killed Monday morning after a car crashed into an apartment building in Fort Worth has been identified as Malinda Sue Goullet,64, according to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office.

The crash was reported shortly before 10:15 a.m. at the Reserve at Centreport apartments in the 3700 block of Post Oak Boulevard near Trinity Boulevard and Texas 360.

Police said an SUV backed over the edge of the parking area and crashed into a ground-floor apartment several feet below the road’s surface.

Goullet was in her bedroom when the vehicle came crashing through the wall, trapping her beneath the vehicle. 

Goullet was killed in the crash. An 8-year-old in the residence was uninjured. 

An investigation is underway.
