Man Killed in Harris County Pedestrian Accident on U.S. 90 at FM 2100

Harris County, Texas (January 14, 2022) – A man was hit and killed by an 18-wheeler on Thursday in northeast Harris County, according to the deputies.

The deadly accident happened on January 11, in the area of U.S. 90 and FM 2100, just outside of Crosby.

Deputies said a man was struck by an 18-wheeler on the roadway. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. He was part of a debris cleanup work crew in the area.

The accident closed U.S. 90 just east of FM-2100.

No other details were provided.

An investigation is underway.
