Man Killed in Hit-and-Run on Petal Street in Dallas

Dallas, Texas – A man was killed early Saturday morning in a hit-and-run accident in Dallas, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened around 2:45 a.m., in the 11200 block of Petal Street, west of Jupiter Road.

Police said the man was walking in the area when he was struck by an unknown vehicle that then fled the scene.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released. 

No further details were provided.

The police are investigating the crash.
