1 Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash on US 277 in San Angelo

One Injured in San Angelo Two-Vehicle Crash on US 277 at Old Ballinger Highway

San Angelo, Texas (October 1, 2021) – One person was injured on Thursday in a two-vehicle crash in San Angelo, according to the authorities.

The crash happened just before 6:00 p.m., September 30, at the intersection of US 277 and Old Ballinger Highway.

Authorities said a silver Lexus passenger car was traveling southbound on Old Ballinger Highway while a camper was traveling eastbound on US 277.

The Lexus failed to yield at the stop sign, attempted to cross US 277, and was t-boned by the camper.

The Lexus driver was taken to Shannon Medical Center for evaluation. 

No other injuries were reported.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
