Man Killed in Abilene Two-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 20

Abilene, Texas (August 14, 2021) – A man was killed Friday evening in a two-vehicle crash in Abilene, according to the police.

The fatal crash happened just before 6:00 p.m., August 13, on Interstate 20 at exit 307.

Police said a semi-truck pulling a trailer was parked in the gap between the interstate and the exit ramp when a blue pickup truck crashed into the trailer.

The pickup driver was killed in the crash. His name has not been released.

No further details regarding the crash were provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
