Three Injured in San Patricio County Two-Vehicle Crash at Farm Market 136 and Texas 188

San Patricio County, Texas (December 4, 2019) – Three people were injured Tuesday evening in a two-vehicle crash in San Patricio County, according to the deputies.

The crash happened just before 6:45 p.m. December 3, in the area of Farm Market 136 and Texas 188.

Deputies said a pickup truck ran a stop sign and t-boned a vehicle occupied by a mother and her two children.

One of the children was airlifted to Driscoll Children’s Hospital in critical condition.

The mother and the other child were taken to the hospital by an ambulance. Their conditions were not disclosed.

No one on the pickup truck was injured.

An investigation is underway.
