Motorcyclist Hurt in Crash on Loop 306 in San Angelo

Rider Injured in San Angelo Motorcycle Crash on Loop 306

San Angelo, Texas (July 5, 2019) – A motorcyclist was hurt in a crash with a vehicle on Thursday night in San Angelo, according to the San Angelo police.

The incident happened shortly before 9 p.m. Thursday, July 4, on Loop 306 between College Hills and Knickerbocker exits.

Police said a man was riding a motorcycle on Loop 306 behind a white sedan when the woman driving the sedan hit on her brakes for unknown reasons. The rider slammed into the sedan and was ejected by the impact.

The rider was transported by ambulance to a hospital for treatment of non-serious injuries.

The woman in the sedan, who was believed to be the rider’s wife, was unhurt.

The San Angelo police are investigating the incident.
