3 Injured in Wrong-Way Crash on I-10 in San Antonio

Three Men Injured in San Antonio Two-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 10

San Antonio, Texas (March 28, 2023) – Three men were injured Monday morning in a wrong-way crash in San Antonio, according to the police.

The crash happened around 2:35 a.m., March 27, on Interstate 10 westbound, on the lower level at Culebra Road.

Police said a wrong-way driver crashed head-on into another vehicle on the highway.

Three men, two in their 30s and one in his 50s, were taken to University Hospital, with one of them in serious condition.

The police are investigating the crash.
