Police Officer Injured in Houston Two-Vehicle Crash on Gray at Hamilton

Houston, Texas (November 23, 2020) – A Houston police officer was injured early Monday morning in a hit-and-run crash in Houston, according to police.

The crash happened around 1:00 a.m., on Gray at Hamilton.

Police said a vehicle ran a red light at the intersection and hit a patrol car.

The impact caused the patrol car to flip upside down.

The other vehicle fled the scene.

The officer was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

No other details were provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
