Robert Green Injured in Lufkin Pedestrian Accident on West Frank Avenue 

Lufkin, Texas – A man was injured Tuesday evening in a pedestrian accident in Lufkin, according to the authorities.

The accident happened around 8:50 p.m., December 5, in the 600 block of West Frank Avenue.

Authorities said Robert Green, 64, was walking in the roadway when he was struck by an eastbound Nissan Altima driven by Jesus Perez, 36, of Lufkin.

Green was airlifted to the hospital where he underwent surgery.

Perez was uninjured in the crash.

The police are investigating the crash.
