Two Injured in Box Truck Crash on I-10 in Marion

Two Airlifted After Marion Two-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 10 near FM 2538

Marion, Texas (October 4, 2020) – Two people were injured in a two-vehicle crash on Thursday in Marion, according to deputies.

The crash happened on October 1, on I-10 near FM 2538, between Loop 1604 and Seguin.

Deputies said an 18-wheeler crashed into a box truck on the highway.

Two people were airlifted to University Hospital in San Antonio with unknown injuries.

The crash closed all eastbound lanes of the highway.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
