Two Injured in Olton Four-Vehicle Crash at US 70 and Cemetery Road

Olton, Texas (July 23, 2020) – According to a local news source, two people were injured in a four-vehicle crash on Wednesday in Olton.

The crash happened on Wednesday, July 22, at the intersection of US 70 and Cemetery Road.

According to the report, a pick-up truck hauling a horse trailer rear-ended another truck at the intersection. The impact pushed the truck causing it to collide with a chemical truck that was passing through the intersection.

A fourth vehicle was also involved in the crash, and it ended up in the front yard of a nearby home.

One person was airlifted to a Lubbock hospital for treatment. One other person also sustained injuries in the crash.

The crash remains under investigation.
