William Mize Killed in San Antonio Bicycle Crash at Graf Road and South Presa Street

San Antonio, Texas – The bicyclist who was killed Tuesday afternoon in a crash in San Antonio’s South Side has been identified as William Mize, 65, according to the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office.

The fatal crash happened around 4:50 p.m., February 13, at the intersection of Graf Road and South Presa Street, near Mission San Juan and Old Corpus Christi Road.

Authorities said Mize was riding his bicycle from a nearby trailhead and was attempting to cross the street when he was struck by a passing vehicle.

Mize was found unresponsive and was pronounced dead at the scene.

No additional information was available.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
