Woman Killed in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on Interstate 10

San Antonio, Texas (May 1, 2022) – A nude woman was fatally hit by a vehicle early Sunday morning in San Antonio, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened around 1:40 a.m., in the 9700 block of IH 10 W Northbound.

Police said the woman was possibly under the influence of an unknown substance when she ran eastbound across the eastbound and the westbound lanes and laid down in the roadway. She was then struck by a passing car.

The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Her name has not been released.

No other details were available.

The police are investigating the crash.
