Woman Killed in Dallas Pedestrian Accident at Oak Lawn and Maple Avenue

Dallas, Texas (December 6, 2021) – A woman was hit and killed by a car Thursday night in Dallas, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened just before midnight on December 4, at the intersection of Oak Lawn and Maple Avenue.

Police said the woman was crossing the intersection when she was hit by a 2012 Volkswagen that was attempting to turn right onto Maple Avenue.

The woman was taken to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead. Her name has not been released.

The police are investigating the crash.
