Woman Hit, Killed by Vehicle on U.S. 281 in San Antonio

Woman Killed in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on Highway 281

San Antonio, Texas (March 10, 2021) – A woman killed in a pedestrian accident Tuesday afternoon in San Antonio’s far North Side, according to police.

The deadly accident happened on March 9, in the 27600 block of U.S. 281 North.

Police said the woman was struck by an unknown vehicle in the northbound lane of the highway.

The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Her name has not been released.

No other details regarding the crash were provided.
